I make most products to order. Typically, it takes me 1-3 weeks to get it out the door, heading your way. I usually ship via USPS and will send you tracking information when I ship.
If you choose to purchase expedited shipping, I will place your order at the top of the queue.

I offer free return shipping within the USA. If you are not happy and want to return or replace an item, please contact me within 14 days of receipt.
*PLEASE NOTE that I do not accept returns on monogrammed items, custom work, or discounted clearance items.

I strive for excellence in my work. I use only the best quality materials available; I do not believe in cutting corners by using cheap leather or hardware. I use the best quality leathers I can get, solid brass hardware, strong nylon thread, and durable nylon lining. With proper care, my products will last decades.
